Valle dell'Aquila occupies a stretch of the Valle di Comino at Settefrati, where the hills of southern Lazio run towards the Abruzzo National Park. Its old stone buildings, bio-farm and private gardens make up a four-star hotel di charme, with ivy-covered walls, classical statues and a stone fountain among the grounds.

Ceremonies are held beneath a white wrought-iron gazebo on the lawn or on the patio that overlooks the valley. For the reception, couples choose between a candlelit marquee and the country-chic Sala Bianca, with the garden and the lit pool for the hours after dinner.
