- The rental contract exists between the guest and the property owner/manager. 5 Star Weddings Ltd is not liable for disputes, damages, or issues arising during a stay.
- Guests are responsible for complying with property rules, maximum occupancy limits, and any local regulations.
9. User Conduct

- Use the Site or rental platform for unlawful purposes.

Neither 5 Star Weddings Ltd nor the property owner shall be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters (e.g. floods, earthquakes, storms, fires),
- pandemics or epidemics,
- government restrictions or regulations,
- acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest,
- strikes, labour disputes, or power outages,
- or any other unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible, unsafe, or unlawful to fulfil the booking.
In the event of Force Majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to notify guests as soon as possible and assist in rescheduling where feasible. Refunds or alternative arrangements will be subject to the property owner’s individual policy, and 5 Star Weddings Ltd shall not be liable for costs or damages arising from such events.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
