About me

I am a Wedding Planner, a true "wedding planner" in its purest meaning. Do you know what it means? It means that I carry out the whole project of your wedding starting from the assumption that there will only be collaborators and professional figures specific to each situation and no one, much less myself (!), will improvise for what it is not or for which it does not have the right skills (I don't set up sugared almonds or sweet tables, I don't create graphic coordinates, I don't make “bows” or light candles!).

I like to organize intimate, sophisticated weddings for a few people... Those, in short, are among my real relatives and closest friends... Events that are strange to believe require a considerable organizational effort ... Because, these weddings, are so unique and profound, the attention to detail, harmony between the various elements, simplicity and elegance are at the highest levels.

I am very sincere, concrete, realistic, orderly and precise. I love the organization of ideas and things, and at the same time, I am a dreamer and a lover of beauty. I get emotional when I listen to the love story of my couples; I cry with joy. I get excited very often during the preparatory phase (eh, I know, I have an easy tear!), But somehow, I don't know how, for the great day, all the tears come back, and I work calmly and rationally.

Where to start? From start to finish Federica was equally professional and personal. Our photographers said it best when they emailed us and said “she really cares about her clients”. Federica is incredibly organised, responded to all of our enquiries quickly and found us exactly what we needed. Our wedding weekend was more than we could have ever asked for and we truly could not have done this without Federica. Every vision was brought to life, I felt calm as everything had been prepared well in advance. Could not recommend Federica more! Grazie mille!

Best Day Ever

Federica made sure we had the best day ever. From the get-to-know to the overall planning (where Federica showed a lot of patience with us, especially me, in responding) to the actual day - everything was spot on. When things were a bit unclear (as they happen in projects) we hopped on a quick call and spoke. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner and the only downside is that I hopefully do not have to use Federica and her team again as I will work hard to not need to use another wedding planner again in my life ;-)

Research of vendors, selection, coordination on wedding day. I will help you from A to Z to have the wedding of your dreams!

Very organised and incredibly responsive

Federica was fantastic to work with—very organized and incredibly responsive, often replying within minutes. With the stress of wedding planning I cannot express how much her responsiveness put us at ease. Perfection

You know Federica has done a wonderful job when you don't have to worry or think about anything on the wedding day. All the planning and organizing before the day was done and she made sure it ran like a Swiss clock. We planned this without outside help just me, my wife and Federica (Mostly Federica). She prompts and guides you along the way and everything is always visible through an online platform which makes life so simple. If you ever wonder if a wedding planner is worth it this is your sign that it is, oh and choose Federica.

Super Service

After an initial call with Federica we appreciated her friendliness, openess but most of all her directness in helping give us some guidance in the initial planning of our wedding. It can be overwhelming to start as there are many elements to consider and Federica helped us through it all. She gave us the peace of mind by giving us options to consider and took away much of the stress when we had questions or had ideas which we needed to run by her or vendors.
