Whether you wish to host an intimate 60-guest ceremony in the Howard Vyse, a 200-guest wedding breakfast in The Ballroom or wish to arrange for a marquee to be built on the lawns, you really are only limited by your imagination.

Our Ballroom is a large, classical, white room with two sets of French doors - one leading onto an enclosed terrace and the other providing access to gardens which offer panoramic views of our lake.

A private orangery 'The Lakeside' acts as the bar where you and your guests can celebrate your special day.   The Howard Vyse with its own terrace and raised view over the gardens and towards the lake is an ideal location for an intimate guest ceremony. Stoke Place is also licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships up to 200 guests. Whether you are looking for a small intimate gathering or a large party with family and friends we have the perfect location.

Exclusive use; we invite you to consider the house, its grounds and bedrooms as your own for the day and night of your wedding. You'll receive exclusive use of all of the public and private rooms in the hotel, the Garden Room restaurant, 26 acres of gardens and all of our bedrooms on a bed and breakfast basis. Exclusive use of Stoke Place starts at midday on the day of your wedding and extends until 11am the following morning.
