The Vean, a luxury 5 star Georgian Rectory, which nestles in the wooded Porthluney Valley on the Caerhays Estate in Cornwall, is the perfect venue for a very private, peaceful and unforgettable wedding.

The Vean is a beautiful versatile venue with a license for civil ceremonies. You are guaranteed complete privacy and the house is yours for the occasion.

We can cater for small intimate parties in the dining room, or the terrace to the side of the house can be covered by a marquee giving a seating area for up to 60. A larger marquee can be erected on the main lawn for up to 150 guests seated

Larger parties can be catered for in a marquee in the Castle grounds with the romantic backdrop of Caerhays.

We are delighted to offer the Bride and Groom a complimentary night at The Vean which can also accommodate a further 14 people. Additional accommodation is available on the estate if required. The Vean nestles in the wooded Porthluney Valley, in a tranquil setting, with stunning views over Caerhays Castle gardens. Its idyllic rural location is less than a mile from Porthluney beach.
