The Villa is surrounded by 75 hectares of natural park with more than 6,000 olive trees (some secular) from which we produce refined extra virgin olive oil in our mill including fruit trees with a small vegetable garden where we use the products directly in our restaurant.
Our chef offers refined and tasty dishes, with fish from the lake and typical products of our territory, prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients. Our wedding menu usually begins with a buffet of fingers, and various corners with Umbrian delicacies served on the grassy parterre overlooking the lake. We continue with table service and appetiser, two main courses (plus a second course) accompanied by a side dish and a large buffet of desserts. The menu will be delighted by excellent bubbles and acceptable labels from wineries of our wonderful territory.
The beautiful indoor restaurant of the "Dolce Agogia" resort, with a capacity of about 50 guests, the "Fiorito" gazebo, with about 200 guests and the wonderful 12th-century medieval castle are perfect locations for special events, which will leave you breathless.

The Suite rooms are located in the central Villa and the Villino Polvese, a perfect combination of comfort, style and modern technology. The Suites are our most spacious rooms, in fact, they offer two rooms, one with a double bed and the other room is a small living room for moments of relaxation. The bathrooms are spacious and bright with hand-decorated majolica tiles and large walk-in showers.
