Welcome

A house of 1836 above the Trout Beck

Broadoaks Country House is a 20-bedroom house of 1836 in seven acres at Troutbeck, two miles from Windermere, taken for exclusive use with no sound limiter.

Broadoaks was built in 1836 on the hillside above the Trout Beck at Troutbeck, a couple of miles out of Windermere. Ivy covers much of the stone front, a tiered fountain plays below the windows and seven acres of garden and woodland run toward the river with the Lakeland fells closing the view.
