Ceremonies in the Great Hall

A country house in rural Lincolnshire, built by Gregory Gregory from several architectural styles, where couples have the staterooms to themselves on the wedding day.

Harlaxton Manor is licensed with the Lincolnshire Registry Office, so ceremonies can take place on site. The Great Hall is a location for wedding ceremonies, and the manor is suitable for both smaller and larger ceremonies, with up to 350 guests. The Minstrel Gallery above the ornate stone doorway in the Great Hall is a vantage point for group photographs. Couples contact the Ceremony Coordinator at the Lincolnshire Registry Office to make the necessary arrangements for their marriage and to book the time and date of the ceremony.

Receptions

Celebrations and the staterooms

Evening receptions can be hosted in the Great Hall, which accommodates larger numbers for this part of the day. A secret passageway connects the Great Hall to the State Dining Room bar area and is a frequent talking point for guests. Each stateroom gives flexibility and choice for the celebration. Harlaxton can be taken for exclusive use, with a minimum of 80 guests. Couples can return for anniversaries, engagement parties and photoshoots.
