Welcome

Ceremonies across barns and cloisters

A Grade II listed manor and barn estate at Cox Green in Maidenhead, taken on exclusive use for the wedding day, with accommodation on site.

The Great Barn, the Small Barn, the Cloister Courtyard, the Engine House and the Manor House Garden are the five indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces. Celebrant weddings, same-sex marriages and ceremonies that reflect a couple's own beliefs are supported, as are renewals of vows. The site is fully licensed for outdoor ceremonies, with the Cloistered Garden and adjoining Small Barn used for them. Mandap ceremonies are welcomed; the sacred fire is kept outdoors, at the Manor House drive, the front of the Great Barn or outside the Small Barn doors. An on-site ceremony charge covers set-up, linen, speakers and cleaning, separate from the Registrar payment.

Menus are seasonal. The three-course wedding breakfast is priced by the choice of main course, with any starter and dessert to complement it. Drinks packages follow the same three tiers, from champagne to craft beer and white, red or rosé wines. Evening food is an optional extra, and evening cocktail options are available. A complimentary menu tasting for two is included, and tasting evenings let couples meet the events and catering teams. A fully stocked bar is on site, with card payments only.

From £3,000. Venue hire for the whole estate, VAT included, at the published list price for Monday to Wednesday in November (2026, 2027 and 2028 price lists; also November 2029). Hire rises by month and day to £9,000 for summer Saturdays in 2026 and 2027 (£9,500 in 2029). January is closed in 2026 to 2028. On top of venue hire, catering and event management by Heritage Venues carries a minimum spend of £5,000 (Sunday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays) or £6,600 (Friday and Saturday), and an onsite ceremony fee of £495 (2027) applies, separate from the registrar's fee. A current offer takes £2,000 off venue hire for new bookings on available 2026 and 2027 dates (so November midweek hire shows as £1,000). Twilight weddings (from 4pm, ceremony at 5pm or 6pm) are priced separately at £2,500 venue hire Sunday to Thursday and £3,500 on Fridays, each with a £5,000 catering minimum, for dates within the next 12 months, not Saturdays.Source: lillibrookemanor.co.uk
