Valle del Marta is a family-run villa hotel and spa in the Maremma of Lazio, beneath the hill town of Tarquinia and about 45 minutes north of Rome, with an infinity pool, olive groves and a vineyard.
Tarquinia combines a coastal Lido with an ancient hill town above the sea. It was once the capital of Etruria and is now a quiet holiday destination favoured by Romans. Valle del Marta lies in the landscape beneath the old town, a family-run villa hotel with a bar, wine cellar, spa treatments and an infinity pool.
Ceremonies in the grounds, the town or on the beach
Civil ceremonies are held among the olive trees, in the vineyard or in the galleria. Couples who prefer a historic setting can marry at Palazzo Bruschi in the centre of Tarquinia and return to the hotel for the reception. Beach vows at the Lido are followed by a meal on a covered veranda and an evening bonfire.
