Natasha and Marc’s dream was to exchange vows with a picturesque lake as their backdrop. Their search led them to the enchanting Villa Orlando in Italy, a private residence on the lake’s edge that captured their hearts at first sight.
The couple’s guests were accommodated in Viareggio, a gem among Tuscany’s coastal resorts, 20 minutes away, where a welcoming beach club party set the celebratory tone. The villa’s location remained a delightful mystery to their guests until the wedding day.

Organizing the event at Villa Orlando, a cherished family home with access limited to its outdoor spaces, posed unique challenges. Every detail must be meticulously planned and brought onsite, from generators and restrooms to kitchen setups and elegant furnishings.

The ceremony and celebrations unfolded across various picturesque locations on the property: the chuppah ceremony by the villa facing the serene lake, aperitifs near the boathouse, and dinner and dancing festivities behind the villa. The distinctive layout necessitated creative planning to place the stage, dance floor, and bar perfectly, culminating in an extraordinary setting with the head table adjacent to the dance floor, enhancing the intimate and festive atmosphere.

Our team, leveraging a network of Italy’s finest wedding professionals, was dedicated to realizing Natasha and Marc’s vision with excellence. Specializing in destination Jewish weddings, we curated a day that met and surpassed their expectations.

Natasha’s dream of marrying under a chuppah resembling a tree came to life with the artistic craftsmanship of Il Giardino delle Fate Flower Design. With its tree-like pillars, the chuppah was adorned with spiralling white roses, greenery, and a lush assortment of white flowers, setting a magical scene. The décor was complemented by elegant table settings featuring white and green floral arrangements, mirrored bases for candlelight reflection, and chic patterned napkins.

The couple’s wedding day stationery, beautifully illustrated by Anna Jayne Designs and crafted by Bigday Designs, added a personalized touch to the event.

For her special day, Natasha chose the Audrey gown by Lihi Hod, a dream fulfilled from her pre-engagement days. Consuelo and the Your Wedding Beauty Team ensured Natasha, her bridesmaids, and both mothers looked flawless.
Culinary delights were catered by Le Bon Ton from Rome, offering a kosher menu with Italian specialities, including a sumptuous aperitivo, live cooking stations, pasta, fish dishes, and a dessert buffet. A traditional Italian millefoglie cake presented under the chuppah added a unique twist to the celebrations.

The day’s ambience was elevated by the musical talents of Muzika from the UK, with performances at the chuppah, a lively procession to the drinks reception, and an energetic live band that kept the dance floor vibrant throughout the night. Alma Project’s staging, sound, and lighting expertise ensured the celebration’s success.
