Situated in the heart of London’s vibrant Leicester Square, The Londoner Hotel effortlessly blends luxury, style, and convenience. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the welcoming doormen set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The hotel’s striking blue façade immediately captured our attention, highlighting the elegance.
Stepping inside, we were enveloped in a sophisticated ambiance—plush furnishings exuded refined opulence, while a crackling open fire added an intimate, inviting touch. Above us, a stunning spherical hanging light cast a soft, contemporary glow, enhancing the lobby’s seamless fusion of modernity and classic charm. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, ensuring we were both indulged and at home from the first moment.
The Trafalgar Suite
Upon arrival, we were swiftly checked in and escorted to our suite, the Trafalgar Suite, which was nothing short of extraordinary. As soon as we stepped inside, we were captivated by the spacious living area, beautifully furnished with carefully curated art and flooded with natural light pouring through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The serene and sophisticated atmosphere created a perfect space to relax and unwind.
The suite’s highlight was the interior terrace, where sliding doors opened to reveal panoramic views of London’s iconic landmarks. We could see the majestic Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and the Shard stretching into the sky from here. The view was absolutely mesmerizing, and the terrace was equipped with cozy seating and our own binoculars, allowing us to soak in the details of the city. With so much natural daylight streaming in, the space felt open and airy, making it the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The Trafalgar Suite truly felt like a dream bridal suite. The private wing led us to a spacious bedroom, designed with comfort and luxury in mind. The master bathroom was equally impressive, with cream travertine, dual sinks, and a separate shower and bathtub, making it the ultimate place to relax and get ready. The guest and main bathrooms were also thoughtfully designed, featuring luxurious Miller Harris toiletries that added a touch of indulgence to our stay. We loved every moment in this suite, feeling pampered and completely at ease in its elegant surroundings.
The Residence
As guests of the suite, we had exclusive access to The Residence, a beautifully designed space for residents only, offering a serene environment to relax and socialize. Additionally, our suite key granted us entry to The Retreat, which includes a pool, gym, superfood clinic, and more, ensuring a holistic wellness experience during our stay.
Dining At Whitcomb’s
Dining at The Londoner was a truly unforgettable experience. Our evening began at Whitcomb’s, where we were greeted with the refreshing White Melon & Elderflower Spritz—an exquisite mix of Lillet Blanc, Noilly Prat, elderflower, and white melon cordial. For starters, the Burrata with Seville orange and mānuka honey was a delightful balance of creamy and citrusy notes. At the same time, the Green Beans with Datterino tomatoes and aged balsamic provided a vibrant, fresh contrast.
The King Prawn Linguine, infused with Amalfi lemon, garlic, and mascarpone, was a true standout, and the Rib-Eye Steak, perfectly cooked with truffle peppercorn sauce, was simply divine. We indulged in the warm Chocolate Fondant for dessert, oozing with rich Dulcey filling and paired with praline ice cream and caramelized hazelnuts. The Rose and Blackberry Cake, layered with blackberry crémeux and rose sorbet, was the perfect sweet touch to end our meal.
The Stage
After dinner, we took a seat in The Stage to enjoy the live music, the heart of the hotel immersing ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to people-watch, especially with the buzz of London Fashion Week unfolding around us. The lobby was filled with fashionistas, each showcasing their unique style, making it an exciting experience. The energy was contagious, and it was fascinating to see so many stylish individuals come and go, all while the live music set the tone for a truly memorable evening. It was a moment of pure enjoyment, soaking in the lively spirit of London’s fashion scene right from the heart of The Londoner.

The Retreat at The Londoner is the perfect sanctuary to unwind, refresh, and rejuvenate. I found myself instantly at peace in the tranquil spaces, where neutral tones and sleek finishes create an atmosphere of pure serenity. The world-class swimming pool invites you to swim through its aquamarine waters, while the hydropool, sauna, and steam room offer the ideal spots to detoxify and relax.
One of my favourite moments was sinking into the poolside cabana, the perfect escape. It was a blissful retreat where I could slip between the soothing waters of the pool, the calming heat of the sauna, and the revitalizing steam room. At the Refuel bar, I indulged in fresh smoothies and superfoods, giving my body the nourishment it craved.
The Retreat isn’t just about relaxation; it’s a holistic experience with a fully-equipped gym and even a superfood clinic, all designed to enhance your well-being. Whether I was swimming, sipping a smoothie, or simply lounging, I felt pampered and completely rejuvenated throughout my stay.
