Real Wedding in Italy– A Tuscan Treasure
The Couple
Tracee & Chris, an outgoing couple from the US, were married last October in the beautiful Villa Mangiacane. This luxury location came with equally luxurious surroundings – enveloped by the magnificent Tuscan countryside, yet only a few kilometres from the very centre of Florence. As a romantic and fun-loving couple, their special day absolutely had to reflect every aspect of their sparkling personalities.
The Dress (Etc)
Tracee was an incredibly beautiful bride in her halter dress, elegant and feminine, which she paired with barely-there black heeled sandals, minimal jewellery, and an exquisite updo. Chris added something special to his classic, traditional black suit and bow tie – a personal touch of silver bulldog cufflinks.
Real wedding in Tuscany – The Ceremony
The back of the villa played home to a large garden as well as picturesque olive groves – this was to be the ideal setting for their ceremony.
A green and white flower arch was constructed to match Tracee’s simple bouquet, and white chiavarina chairs looking on completed the frame and set the scene perfectly.
After their truly touching and passionate ceremony was celebrated, all the guests were treated to a rich aperitif in the villa’s courtyard, while the bride and groom made the most of their breathtaking location by having their portraits taken against the olive groves, with Tracee’s dress standing out against the surrounding greenery.
Real wedding in Tuscany – The Reception
The next treat for the guests was the dinner – set in the villa’s loggia with yet another dazzling view of the Tuscan landscape, the guests enjoyed a charming mix of elegant and country themes with simple, romantic table settings. The sweet and funny cutting of the cake incited giggles from the guests, which led to a fun and lively after dinner party for the ecstatic couple and their loved ones as they danced the night away.
