Under a glorious clear Mexican sky, Dulce and Jesse married at Flora Farms in San Jose del Cabo. There were so many special moments – from the first look and first touch to the beautiful outdoor wedding, all rounded off with the first dance under thousands of twinkling lights.
This was a beautiful destination wedding. Stunning views, a striking blue sky and whitewashed walls for a fabulous contrast. A hot wedding needs a lightweight dress, and Dulce’s choice was perfect. Layers of lace with sheer panels kept the dress light and strings of beads gave the dress gorgeous detail without adding weight, and Dulce sparkled all day. Bridesmaids were in blush pink, to match the pale pink roses in the bouquets and Jesse chose a light linen suit – all keeping cool under the blazing sun.
A sweet first touch under the turquoise sky, and then a sun-soaked outdoor ceremony. We adore the willow ring that served as a backdrop to the vows, adorned with matching flowers and pretty foliage. A late afternoon wedding meant that the heat of the day was over and the sun sat low in the sky – perfect for adding some flair to the photos! The sky was still blue, though, with the last of the day’s sun illuminating the happy couple.
An al fresco wedding breakfast under strings of lights meant that the décor was already made for Dulce and Jesse in the natural beauty that surrounded them. They kept their table décor simple – such a good idea for outdoor dining – but added table runners containing candles to light when the sun set and more matching roses, continuing the rose theme into the simple wedding cake as well. The first dance under twinkling lights and shining stars made a gorgeous end to a beautiful, memorable day.
