After a four-year engagement, gorgeous celebrity couple Christine Bleakley and Frank Lampard have finally wed in a beautiful, wintry wedding at The Arts Club London.
Christine and Frank are a stalwart couple in the public eye, and after their lengthy courtship there wasn’t a dry eye in the house as they said ‘I do’.
Following in the footsteps of Katherine Jenkins and Kym Marsh, Christine opted for a glorious, glistening Suzanne Neville gown, perfect for the atmospheric, winter’s day event. Christine really pulls off a figure-hugging dress shape, and she looked more gorgeous than ever on her wedding day in a fishtail gown, with long lace sleeves. Her beautiful olive colouring was complimented perfectly by the dramatic ice white of her gown.
Joining Christine on her journey down the aisle were her sister Nicola, looking the picture of Christmas elegance in a plum coloured gown, and Frank’s daughter from a previous relationship, Isla, doing the flower girl duty.
Among the happy guests were the bride’s fellow morning television icons Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, as well as the groom’s footballer cousin Jamie Redknapp and wife Louise. The former England and Chelsea midfielder, Frank, could barely contain his happiness with his lovely new wife, as the beaming pair got seated in the back of their wedding car with little bottles of champagne, proposing a well-earned toast to their love so far and their new life together as husband and wife.
