At the weekend I visited The Vintage Wedding Fair at Bush Hall in London. It was my first time at Bush Hall and wow , what a beautifully restored venue with its wonderful décor, stunning chandeliers and charming character. I met a fantastic mix of exhibitors all displaying their vintage style , service and products. The show was really buzzing, with so many brides rubbing shoulders with other brides all searching for that perfect vintage look for their wedding day.
I had some great hair advice from Belle of the Ball on how to create that perfect vintage look. A real feast for the eyes were the vintage headdresses and jewellery by Cherished, Passionate About Vintage, and Jo Barnes including many more. Certainly some of my favorite displays had to be from Vintage Teas and RSVP’s, The Golden Afternoon Company and Bonne Fete all offering vintage and cake hire out with beautiful china for tea parties and tea dances It was a great place to be for any bride wanting to be inspired by vintage bridal gowns, lace and textiles, cake and floral decorations, photography and stationery.
I will certainly look forward to the next vintage wedding event!
