Ceremonies across Chapel, Church, Gardens and Temple

A Grade I listed private estate in Odcombe, Somerset, taken for exclusive use, where each part of the wedding has its own setting.

The Chapel, St. Andrew's Church, the Gardens and the Temple are the four ceremony settings at Brympton. The Chapel is a historic, intimate setting with stillness, architecture and quiet drama, suited to couples who want the room itself to hold the ceremony. St. Andrew's Church offers a traditional church ceremony within the estate, with the day beginning with classic formality before guests return to the house and gardens. Garden ceremonies are held in the open air, with space for features such as florals and mandaps, and are shaped around the season. The Temple is an outdoor ceremony setting with open sky, long views and the estate around it, and it holds the ceremony as a formal moment.

Receptions

From Great Hall champagne to the Party Barn

The Great Hall is used for the drinks reception, giving scale, atmosphere and immediate impact as the day moves from ceremony into celebration. The South Terrace is another reception space, with champagne, conversation and long views across the gardens and lake. Three dining rooms in the house and a barn are used for the wedding breakfast. The Ballroom is Brympton's largest formal dining space and faces south towards the lake.
