Grade I listed manor house on a 33-acre estate · Odcombe, near Yeovil, Somerset
A Grade I listed private estate in Odcombe, Somerset, taken for exclusive use, where each part of the wedding has its own setting.
Brympton House is a Grade I listed private country estate in Odcombe, Somerset, offered for weddings on an exclusive-use basis. The estate is never shared with another wedding. A wedding here moves through the property as a progression: ceremony, champagne, candlelight, dinner, dancing and staying over, each held in its own setting. There is no need to use the same room or outdoor space twice. Those settings run from the chapel and gardens to the hall, terrace, dining rooms, barn and bedrooms. An online tour moves through the ceremony settings, principal rooms, gardens, Stables and accommodation before a private viewing.
Brympton offers six collections, ranging from two-night house-party celebrations to one-day weddings. Each keeps exclusive use of the estate for its duration. The one-day collections run from midday to midday, and the two-night collections give the wedding party the entire estate for the stay. Wedding planning and coordination and a licensed bar service are part of the offer. Deluxe Tailored and one of the one-day collections leave the choice of food, drinks, styling and suppliers to the couple, while the all-inclusive collections bring those elements together in one package. The Candlelit Bijou collection is a winter wedding built around fires and candlelit rooms.

The Chapel, St. Andrew's Church, the Gardens and the Temple are the four ceremony settings at Brympton. The Chapel is a historic, intimate setting with stillness, architecture and quiet drama, suited to couples who want the room itself to hold the ceremony. St. Andrew's Church offers a traditional church ceremony within the estate, with the day beginning with classic formality before guests return to the house and gardens. Garden ceremonies are held in the open air, with space for features such as florals and mandaps, and are shaped around the season. The Temple is an outdoor ceremony setting with open sky, long views and the estate around it, and it holds the ceremony as a formal moment.

The Great Hall is used for the drinks reception, giving scale, atmosphere and immediate impact as the day moves from ceremony into celebration. The South Terrace is another reception space, with champagne, conversation and long views across the gardens and lake. Three dining rooms in the house and a barn are used for the wedding breakfast. The Ballroom is Brympton's largest formal dining space and faces south towards the lake. The Salon is a softer, more intimate dining room, and the State Dining Room suits smaller dinners and night-before gatherings, especially by candlelight. For the evening, the celebration moves to the Party Barn, a space made for music, licensed bars, late food and dancing that feels distinct from the house.

The Honeymoon Suite and further guest bedrooms make up 32 bedrooms across the estate. The Honeymoon Suite comes with every collection and is the room that holds both ends of the wedding day. The Deluxe collections add two preparation suites and all 32 bedrooms for two nights. Guests who stay on wake on the estate, meet for breakfast and continue together.

Food can be arranged through approved caterers, through the couple's own licensed caterer by arrangement, or on dry hire. Drinks can be a drinks package, the couple's own drinks with hosted drinks support, or dry hire. Wedding-day drinks are corkage-free, and the hosted drinks fee covers delivery coordination, onsite storage, chilling, bottle disposal and licensed bar support. A Bacchus drinks package is also available. The Candlelit Bijou collection includes a seasonal three-course wedding breakfast.
