Gucci was founded in Florence in 1921 by Guccio Gucci, as a leather goods house. Its codes came early and have lasted: the bamboo handle of 1947, the Horsebit of the 1950s, the green-red-green Web stripe and the interlocking GG, all still at the heart of the bags and accessories we carry.
