Sized to stack, Anita Ko's earrings are cast in 18-karat gold (750) and close with a post-back fastening that sits flush against the lobe. A pear-cut sapphire is held in a four-prong setting at the front and set inverted, its point turned upward in a playful reversal of one of fine jewelry's most classic shapes, as pavé diamonds trace the band on either side of the stone.
