Shaped as a sinuous coil inspired by the balance springs found in watches, Carolina Bucci's 'K. I. S. S.' necklace draws on the Audemars Piguet timepieces she helped design. Handcrafted from 18-karat rose gold, it curves in a sculptural loop that rests lightly against the skin.
