Aja and Jason
Pure luxury, tucked away in the Tortolita Mountains in Tucson, Arizona, Aja and Jason said their vows in beautiful surroundings. With a pure white palette set against lush, natural greenery, the cacti provided an edgy contrast and a gorgeous backdrop.
Set in the Sonoran desert, the couple chose the Ritz Carlton, Dove Mountain to play host to their special day. Friends and family came together from around the world to celebrate with the happy couple.
The bride
Aja chose a gorgeous strapless Pronovias gown with tulle overlay and ruffled mermaid skirt. A sparkling waistband was the perfect accessory, matching the sparkling Jimmy Choos that peeked out from under the hemline. Opting for a low, sleek chignon, the bride went veil-less, keeping the look classy, elegant and absolutely gorgeous! Aja chose a second dress for the reception, intricately beaded, so it sparkled as she danced the night away.
The groom
Chic and sophisticated, a classic black Burberry tux was the choice for Jason. With tiny black rose cufflinks and chunky watch, the look was smart and suave.
The wedding party
The bridesmaids and flower girls brought the colour! The flower girls in poppy red heralded the arrival of the bride herself, with the bridesmaids gliding down the aisle in shades of charcoal grey. Each bridesmaid and flower girl had their own style dress, no two were the same, adding a lovely personal touch to the wedding party. Groomsmen were perfectly turned out in their matching black tuxedos. You can’t go wrong with dapper chaps in tuxes!
The flowers
Keeping the flowers in sleek and chic white meant the couple could go crazy with the range of flowers. Tulips, roses, peonies, stocks, gerbera and dahlias decorated the hotel, complimented with flashes of greenery. The bride’s bouquet was a perfect, tight hand tied bunch of beautiful white roses and peonies, with the bridesmaids’ matching, with a sweet addition of succulents for added texture. A gorgeous choice.
The décor
White table runners adorned natural wood tables, candles flickered and strings of lights glistened under gently lit chandeliers. Aja and Jason chose a magical feel to their celebration, keeping the wedding stationery sleek in black to make the flowers and lights stand out. The room was hung with gentle soft white drapes, transforming the space into a dreamy wedding wonderland.
