We have just heard that Kate Winslet has just got married to Ned Rocknoll, who is the nephew of Sir Richard Branson. Kate and Ned had a secret ceremony in New York that not even their parents knew about!
They tied the knot in front of her two children and a small number of friends and Leonardo DiCaprio gave her way. The couple got engaged in the summer and kept the wedding plans a huge secret. Kate met Ned whilst at Richard Branson’s holiday home on the amazing Necker Island last year.
A source reported that Kate and Ned’s wedding took place in a converted barn and was attended by just six friends from each side. Kate’s spokes person said: “I can confirm that Kate Winslet married Ned Rocknroll in New York earlier this month in a private ceremony attended by her two children and a very few friends and family.
Details of the wedding have been kept private, but we hope we can see a sneak peek some time soon.
