The historic Leeds Castle in Kent has introduced two new ceremony spaces ready for the 2025 wedding season: the Pavilion Lawn and Castle Island.
The two additional outdoor spaces join the glamorous Castle’s collection of diverse wedding spaces suitable for celebrations both large and small, including spectacular castle, barn and manor house settings.
The first of the new spaces is the Castle Island, located against the fairytale backdrop of the 900-year-old castle and surrounded by the castle’s tranquil moat and lush greenery. Castle Island can accommodate up to 100 guests for a breathtakingly romantic wedding.
The second new space is the Pavilion Lawn, an idyllic outdoor setting where couples can hold both their ceremony and reception under a beautiful stretched tent. Surrounded by glorious gardens and with the enchanting castle backdrop nearby, the lawn can accommodate up to 100 guests for a picturesque and elegant experience.
Leeds Castle offers a selection of bespoke wedding packages and a team of wedding coordinators on hand to ensure the day goes without a hitch. Weddings at Leeds Castle also benefit from the optional hire of marquees as well as numerous on-site accommodation options, including Castle rooms, cottages, Lakeside Lodges and a manor house. Wedding ceremonies on the lawn must also reserve an indoor venue as a backup for wet weather.
