The magnificent Maritim Hotel Mauritius is pleased to announce the opening of its new Asian fusion restaurant, Le Banyan. Introduced due to popular demand from guests and to complement the existing culinary offer at the five-star property, Le Banyan will tempt hotel residents with a range of fine Chinese cuisine and Asian delicacies.
Located in a tranquil Asian Zen setting overlooking a centenary banyan tree, the restaurant boasts a prime location from which guests can enjoy the magnificent views out across the garden and onto Turtle Bay.
A focus on delicious and indulgent ingredients including French caviar and lobster really make the difference to the signature dishes and all food is freshly prepared to order in front of diners under the supervision of Chinese head chef Han Zhen.
