Radhika & You is a multi-award-winning destination wedding planning company specialising in bespoke South Asian weddings.

We design celebrations that are detail-led, creative and deeply personal for our couples. We transform each couple’s vision into an unforgettable experience through meticulous planning, inspired design and flawless execution.

Founded by husband-and-wife duo Radhika and Shindy, we bring years of experience planning weddings of all sizes across the UK, Europe, and worldwide - creating weddings as unique as the couples we serve.

Rooted in our love for South Asian culture and the joy of big family celebrations we have grown up around, we approach every wedding with our deep passion, openness, creativity and precision. To ensure every wedding receives our complete focus, we take on only a select number of weddings each year - dedicating our full attention to making the planning journey smooth, organised and stress-free for our couples.

Choosing Radhika & Shindy was the best decision we made. Radhika took the time to truly listen to our story and vision – from the first call, we knew she was the one. Throughout planning, her calmness, kindness, and determination never wavered. The scope of her service and level of detail were beyond anything we imagined — from mood boards and supplier shortlists to perfect itineraries. In Malta, she and Shindy worked tirelessly, coordinating every supplier, managing last-minute changes, and ensuring everything ran seamlessly. They handled every moment with such care, grace, and heart.

WE FINALLY DID IT

I'm not entirely sure where to begin, but I think the words "WE FINALLY DID IT" are appropriate! Thank you for being part of our crazy journey and for making our civil wedding & Indian wedding, the most magical weeks of our life! We knew from our very first call, that Radhika & Shindy were going to be our dream team. From the countless destination changes, a pandemic and everything in between, they kept us calm, level headed and always excited for our big day. Her meticulous planning and amazing creativity, really helped us piece together what our wedding would look like.

* How many weddings do you take on each season?

At Radhika & You we take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure we are able to dedicate our time to our couples and their plans.

* Are you available for meetings at the weekend or evenings?

We are available for meetings in the evenings and on the weekends.

* How do you charge for your service?

Our fees are tailored to your bespoke requirements. Please get in touch for your personalised proposal.

* How many planning trips would you recommend for an overseas destination wedding?

We would advise on a site visit before booking the property and then 1-2 more visits before the wedding itself.

* Do you have a list of wedding suppliers to recommend me?

We would recommend our tried and tested suppliers in our black book to you.

* How many team members will you have working at our wedding?

Our team size is based on number of guests, how many events will take place and the logistics involved.

* How long you been doing this for?

We have a wealth of experience and knowledge of the industry, suppliers, venues and the market. As a team we have 30 years of experience between us.

She made our wedding day amazing

We live in the US & got married in the Canary Islands & there was NO WAY we could have done it without her. She would adjust her schedule to meet with us, she helped us manage every vendor, fought for us when we were being overcharged or taken advantage of and did all of this with a huge smile on her face. She always walked us through every option, and made sure that we were both comfortable with what was happening. She made our wedding day amazing, it wouldn't have been the same without her!

Simply Amazing

Radhika and Shindy were simply amazing and worth their weight in gold. They had ability to fulfil each and every single requirement to standards higher than what we could have imagined. Everything come to life

I couldn’t have asked for a better person to plan my special day. Radhika made my fairytale wedding become a reality!! The passion and dedication you have for your job is unreal and this shows with everything! Even little details were down to perfection from strict time keeping to ice sculpture designs – this girl sourced everything for me and gave me sooo many options. If I said I want this or that I would have emails of quotes and detailed lists of additional information. Good Memories

Radhika worked so hard before and during our wedding to make our day run smoothly and on time. She’s extremely efficient even when we weren’t. Didn’t have to worry about anything on the day.
