We take care of absolutely everything. A first meeting will help us to understand your ideas and the vibe you want for your wedding. Based on this, we will narrow down a list of venues we think will best fit your ideas. We'll organize the site inspection so that you'll be able to confirm your choice and book the venue and the wedding date. We will also manage the accommodations for your guests and the logistics. After this initial phase, we will start working on the wedding design: your color palette, the mood board, the lights, and the flower design. At this point, we can also work on the graphic design of the wedding invitation! After the wedding design and the wedding invites have been handled, we will select the best wedding suppliers to make everything you dream of real. During the last months of the wedding planning, we will be focusing on details. On the wedding day the team will be coordinating the wedding suppliers and make sure bride and groom have the support they need throughout the day!
The agency fee depends on the service required, therefore we need to understand each request and need before sending out the right offer.

We do not recommend suppliers until we don't know what you really need for your wedding. Each supplier has different skills and offers a specific work. Would you hire a classic guitar player to play in a rock band? For event suppliers is the same concept...there are many florist designers, many chefs, many graphic designers... we are here to make sure we suggest the right supplier for your wedding as they work differently, and simply giving you a list wouldn't help you.
