Carolina Bucci's 'Girandola' ring is inspired by pinwheels and even spins like one - just give the origami-shaped folds a gentle flick of your finger and watch it turn. It's been handmade in Italy from 18-karat gold and is pavé-set with diamonds and a rainbow of sapphires. Any surface not covered in stones features the label's signature - and equally glittering - 'Florentine' finish.
