Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes — we deliver locally, across Central London, and nationwide. Delivery fees start from £20, depending on distance.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend booking your wedding cake several months in advance.
Standard: Orders accepted from 8 weeks before your date
Last-minute: We’ll always try to accommodate, subject to availability
Do you create dummy tiers?
Yes. Cakes can include both real and dummy tiers, tailored to your serving needs. Please note that while dummy tiers can reduce cost, the artistry and finish remain equally detailed.
Do you cater to special dietary needs?
Yes — gluten-free, eggless, and vegan/plant-based cakes are available. Options may vary; please enquire.
Note: Some cakes may contain allergens or traces of nuts.
Do you make buttercream wedding cakes?
Yes, though we do not offer buttercream or naked cakes during the summer months.
Do your cakes contain gelatin?
No — all cakes are gelatin-free.
Can you create bespoke flavours?
Yes. Bespoke flavours not listed on our menu can be created for an additional fee of £100.
Do your cakes contain alcohol?
Only those chosen from our Boozy Bakes menu. All other cakes are alcohol-free.
Can I collect my wedding cake?
Delivery and on-site setup are strongly recommended to preserve the design. Collection is possible on request, but once the cake leaves our premises, we cannot take responsibility for any damage in transit.
How should I store leftover cake?
Refrigeration: Wrap tightly in cling film. Consume within 3 days. Allow 1–2 hours at room temperature before serving.
Freezing: Wrap securely and freeze for up to 3–6 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge, then bring to room temperature for 1–2 hours before serving.
Once removed, cakes should not be refrozen.
How quickly do you reply to queries?
Responses are often immediate, but during busy periods, they may take 1–3 working days. If you haven’t heard back after 5 days, we recommend calling for a faster response.
