This year marks Caswell’s fifteenth anniversary as a venue. This milestone reflects not only the thousands of weddings celebrated here but the care and passion that go into every event. The siblings’ parents’ deep respect for the estate’s history and tradition inspired the restoration, ensuring its heritage is preserved for future generations.

From the beginning, the family wanted to create a welcoming and memorable venue where every couple could feel at home. To mark its 15th anniversary, Caswell House launched a new website and logo in September 2024 to reflect the venue’s charm and heritage. To celebrate the anniversary, Caswell House is launching its Fifteen & Fabulous offer.

Caswell House dates back to 1485, and its architecture has retained much of the charm of its medieval origins. Three interconnecting barns — with exposed beams, flagstone floors, and soft natural light — set the stage for ceremonies, dining, and dancing. The courtyards are framed by lavender and climbing roses, offering a seamless flow from indoor to outdoor moments. The estate features 15th-century barns that have been thoughtfully restored.

The Wedding Experience

Caswell offers exclusive use of the entire venue, so the space becomes yours for the day (or weekend). You’ll have access to three barns — one for your ceremony, one for your wedding breakfast, and one for the party that follows. The flow is effortless: arrive through the front gates to the welcome courtyard, move into the barns for the vows, and then transition into the gardens or dining space without ever feeling rushed or crowded. Caswell House is also an ideal setting for other events such as retreats or special celebrations, making it a versatile venue for creating memorable experiences. Caswell House is exclusively yours for weddings and events, ensuring a private and personal experience. The Fifteen & Fabulous offer includes a discount on venue hire for weddings booked between October 2025 and March 2026.
