Italian sunshine and sea views
Marzia and Cristiano celebrated their love with an elopement beside the sea in a beautiful Orangerie in Villa Lagorio in Savona, Italy. Our friends at Ordine Della Giarrettiera captured the beautiful day.
The Bride
Elegant in a mermaid gown with overlaid lace, Marzia chose a ruffled train with layers of tulle following her down the aisle. This San Patrick gown was the perfect choice for a sunny wedding with strapless bodice and a sheer shrug for the ceremony.
The groom
A classic black three-piece Pignatelli suit was chosen by Cristiano, a lovely contrast to the pure white bridal gown and such a smart, sharp tailored look. You can never go wrong with a classic black suit!
The Girls
Fresh and vibrant in fuschia, the bridesmaids stood out perfectly. Strapless bodices matched the bride’s dress and the long sheath dresses suited all the girls. An outside wedding has so much colour and texture, choosing a bright colour for the bridesmaids is a really good idea, the colour will really pop into the natural environment.
The Flowers
Pure white and cream roses sat alongside small daisies in the matching bouquets. A gorgeous, soft floral accessory and ideal for the girls, standing out against the bright dresses and complimenting the floral appliqués on bride’s outfit. Matching centrepieces tied the ceremony and reception together, decorating the tables.
The Ceremony
Held outside overlooking a sparkling sea the ceremony used the beautiful natural environment as the perfect backdrop for the pair’s vows. Pretty flowers bloomed on the bushes, matching the bridesmaids’ dresses and tying the ceremony and the surroundings together.
The Celebration
With glass on all sides, the Orangerie celebration venue brought the outside in as well! Draped with soft white fabric and decorated with complimenting greenery and candles, guests celebrated the new marriage of Marzia and Cristiano in style!
