Sophie and Tim are a beautiful couple coming from UK. They love Italy and getting married in this beautiful country has always been their dream! These gorgeous images by Andrea & Federica give a little snapshot of their fabulous day.

For their wedding they chose Tuscany and its special country atmosphere: gentle rolling hills, medieval villages perched among the vineyards, delicious food and excellent wines. They booked a local country house over Chianti hills close to San Gimignano.

The venue, which is available for exclusive rental, hosted bride and groom and their families for a short stay of three days. Together they could enjoy the magic atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside.

The civil ceremony took place in the courtyard of Palazzo Pretorio in Certaldo, a medieval village that preserve original buildings dating back the XI century. The walls of the courtyard are decorated with the coats of arms of the nobles families that ruled the municipality in the medieval time. It is a unique background: the town hall of Certaldo is one of the most beautiful venues for an outdoor civil ceremony in Tuscany.

Sophie looked amazing in her stunning dress. It was a fitted lace style with narrow straps, a contrasting bow at the back, and a long train. Sophie wanted to give her wedding a garden style touch. The bridal bouquet was made of pale pink roses, lysianthus and a touch bright camomile and lavender.

After the ceremony Sophie and Tim left the town in a vintage FIAT 500 for a fabulous ride through the Tuscan hills, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.

The wedding reception began with an Italian style welcome cocktail in a wonderful terrace, overlooking San Gimignano. Classic music played in the background, local delicacies and toasts to the newlyweds: you can really feel Italian and Tuscan style!

After the romantic first dance of the bridal couple the celebration continued with everyone dancing until late at night.

What a simply stunning day!
