The characteristic “baglio” thus becomes the ideal place to enjoy an exclusive stay or organize events: fairytale weddings, private receptions, corporate meetings, international events and special occasions.

The heart of the property is the large internal courtyard, from which the common areas, courtyards and olive tree gardens can be accessed, meticulously maintained and capable of providing guests with an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious outdoor areas provide an evocative setting for ceremonies and receptions and can accommodate up to 250 guests.

The indoor hall can accommodate up to 90 guests and is complemented by an elegant lounge and a wine bar, located in another evocative common area of the property and enhanced by the presence of an ancient millstone, an element that recalls the history and agricultural tradition of the place. Guests also have access to an evocative portico, which can comfortably accommodate up to 80 people, offering an additional solution for receptions, convivial moments and dedicated setups.

On one side rise the Iblei Mountains, with their majestic and unspoiled profile; on the other, the view opens towards the sea and the Gelsomineto Oasis, creating a setting of rare beauty. The experience can be completed with a stay within the property, choosing from six different types of rooms, for a total of 15 rooms and a maximum capacity of 46 guests. Among the accommodations, there is a suite with a hot tub overlooking the Iblei Mountains, while the other suites have balconies overlooking the sea and the surrounding landscape.

Exclusive use and accommodation:
The exclusive rental of the entire venue starts from €7,000 for one night. It is possible to reserve the property for multiple nights at an additional cost starting from €3,000 per night. In the case of weekday celebrations (Monday / Thursday) in June, July and September, a 25% discount is applied. The estate can currently accommodate up to 46 people in 15 rooms, including suites and junior suites.

Catering service:
For the main event, we rely on a high-level external catering service, with gastronomic proposals starting from €150 per person. The menu can be carefully designed and customized, taking into account the needs and preferences of the guests, as well as seasonality and the quality of the raw ingredients, in order to create a culinary experience in harmony with the style and atmosphere of the event.
For secondary events, such as pizza parties, BBQs, informal dinners or brunches, we instead have an in-house catering service. This is a solution designed for more intimate and informal events, approximately up to 60–70 people, ideal for accompanying convivial moments before or after the main event.

For large-scale and more complex weddings, the investment is approximately between €60,000 and €150,000, depending on the number of guests, the duration of the experience, the style and concept chosen, as well as the level of customization and the services requested.
