Paola Giancola is a freelance makeup artist who lives in Padua and works throughout Italy, especially in Padua, Venice, Vicenza, Verona and Milan. She specialises in fashion, television, bridal and creative makeup, as well as hair.

She has loved makeup, painting and fashion since her teens. When she turned professional she took the early train from Padua to Milan to study at Diego Dalla Palma's BSI Milan Academy, which was where her career in makeup began.

After the academy she kept adding specialisation courses to sharpen her technique and keep her service current, and she describes learning as something that never stops. Her portfolio mixes weddings in Venice and the Veneto, destination weddings in the Dolomites, bridal portraits and editorial work.
