Hotel stay
The friendly staff of hotel alpha made for a pleasant experience. Thank you.
The staff at the front desk made us feel welcome and continued to be helpful throughout our stay. The location was of benefit as we were able to walk to places to eat. Rooms were clean and hotel alpha was worth the cost.

Great hotel
Great hotel in good location for trips eg Sorrento, Capri and Amalfi coast. Hotel clean and food typically Italian. All of the staff including reception, waiting and cleaning were attentive, friendly and professional that couldnt do enough for you. There was even a burst water pipe that effected all of the region and staff kept smiling despite all of the challenges. Thanks Alpha an amazing Italia trip
