A Georgian hotel and spa at the heart of Bath's Royal Crescent, with a walled Wedding Garden and exclusive use of the whole house
The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa is a Georgian hotel at 16 Royal Crescent in Bath, with a secluded Wedding Garden, licensed ceremony rooms and exclusive use of the whole hotel for larger celebrations.
The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa occupies 16 Royal Crescent, a Georgian terrace in the centre of Bath, set above one acre of private gardens. The hotel has 45 rooms and suites, a Georgian bath house with a spa, and Montagu's Mews, a restaurant and bar holding three AA Rosettes. The Garden Villa, a private residence with its own walled garden, sleeps eight adults and two children. Bath Spa station is a nine-minute taxi ride away.
Civil ceremonies and civil partnerships are held in the Library, the Sheridan Room, the Sir Percy Blakeney Suite, Montagu's Mews or the walled Wedding Garden, where an iron pergola stands among honeysuckle and roses. Ceremony rooms take between 20 and 50 guests, and an events team plans the flowers, food, cake and music. Wedding breakfasts can be menus of three to five courses, with a menu tasting for the couple. For a larger party, exclusive use gives the whole hotel from 3pm on arrival until noon on departure, and a marquee on the lawn can seat up to 120 guests for the wedding breakfast.
