Jozica and Anthony had an exceptional wedding ceremony at Our Lady of Mount Carmel located in New Jersey with a stunning reception at The Surf Club on the Sound in New York. Hundreds of candles lit the rooms and halls and the lovely fragrance from the flowers flowed throughout.
Delicately embellished with intricate embroidery, pearls and beads, the bride chose a form fitting, sparkling sheath gown with narrow straps that crossed at the back. A sweet layered tulle train elegantly followed her down the aisle, trimmed with lace and scattered with sparkling beads. Her hair was worn in loose curls and accessorised with a perfect short veil that Jozica chose to wear over her face as she was escorted to her groom. Sparkling Badgley Mischka sandals were the perfect footwear, peeping out from under the hemline.
Choosing a classic black tuxedo, Anthony accessorised with a plum bow tie to fit with the colour palette and smart shiny black shoes.
Dressed in plum gowns with sweetheart necklines, diamond cut out backs and capped sleeves, the bridesmaids accessorised with sweet simple silver necklaces and matching earrings. Jozica chose a fuschia dress for her maid of honour, and each bridesmaid wore her hair in a different style – perfect for making sure they were comfortable and confident throughout the day.
The groomsmen wore matching sharp black suits, leaving a little personality to their socks! With dress ties matching the colour of the groom’s bow tie, they accompanied their friend to the church to await the arrival of the bride.
The bride and her bridesmaids carried pure white roses as their bouquets, with the groom and his groomsmen choosing matching buttonholes. Flowers for the reception featured white hydrangeas and beautiful lavender roses, which adorned the tables and complimented the natural planting in the venue’s gardens.
The picturesque church was filled with family and friends. Beautiful vows were made under classic architecture and the porch provided the ideal location for gorgeous wedding shots!
The Surf Club was magnificent! The elegant ambiance was perfect for Jozica and Anthony’s ceremony, which was held on the water. The entry way staircase was a beautiful backdrop for family photos. The venue itself was gorgeous, from the gazebo in the back to the ballrooms where the celebration took place. The huge lavish chandelier hanging from the ceiling and the beach front views set the perfect atmosphere.
Cakes galore! Two cakes were required for this celebration! One perfectly pure white with delicate sugar flowers, and another, monogrammed with their initials and decorated with white and lilac roses. With the wedding breakfast finished and speeches complete, the friends and family danced through the night, celebrating the wonderful day. Each guest left with a little memento of the day – a cute bottle of limoncello!
What a simply stunning day!
