A villa of 1903 on the bay
Villa La Tosca is a beachfront villa in Taussat, in the commune of Lanton on the Arcachon Bay, built in 1903 in the Italian-influenced style of the Atlantic coast. The villa stands in a 4,000-square-metre park and garden, and a private gate opens straight onto the beach.

The wedding
For weddings the villa is taken on exclusive use. The garden is the setting for vows and photographs, the evening can host up to 120 guests outside, and a brunch follows the next day. A wedding-day coordinator, an intendant and a security guard are part of the first privatisation option, and the second adds a cocktail, dinner and wellness workshops. A private chef can prepare dinner on request.

Eight bedrooms
Eight bedrooms sleep up to 15 guests, including the 40-square-metre La Vue suite in the belvedere and the 80-square-metre L’Eau vive, furnished with antique pieces and objects gathered on the owners’ travels. Guests beyond the villa’s fifteen beds can stay in Taussat.

The pool and the bay
An ecological swimming pool, filtered by aquatic plants and fed by a natural spring, sits in the garden. Bordeaux Mérignac Airport is 40 minutes away, and the oyster piers and traditional boats of the Arcachon Bay are close by.
