We cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was working with Kate, Chelsea, and the entire Brilliant team. My wife and I had a complex vision for our wedding, full of competing priorities, nosy family members, and budget anxieties. Brilliant helped us solidify our vision into a plan, giving us ample time to complete each phase of the planning process. They sourced tremendous vendors, presented amazing options for every decision and detail, and helped us stay grounded in reality without dampening our dream. We could not have been more thrilled with their approach throughout the planning process and their execution (along with that of our vendors!) on the day itself. Their communication was excellent and we truly feel we got a tremendous amount of value out of their service and the industry expertise and connections they’ve forged. Our wedding was incredibly special to us, thanks in no small part to Brilliant.

If you have ANY doubt about what Brilliant Event Planners can bring to your wedding, let me tell you that beyond a shadow of a doubt, my family could FULLY enjoy my daughter’s wedding because of Sarah, Chelsea and their team. They are the loveliest of people, took care of EVERY behind-the-scene detail, and made it appear that it was the smoothest and most relaxed day in wedding history. It certainly was for us. Boston is very lucky to have them and if/when we have another family wedding, I’ll be standing at their front door.

Sarah and the rest of the Brilliant Event team were instrumental in creating our dream wedding. Working with Sarah in the year leading up to the wedding was wonderful. She is incredibly experienced and knowledgable, while also being relatable and fun. Sarah was on top of everything from the moment we first met. We were all able to relax and be present on the wedding day, everything was taken care of and expertly handled by the professionals. My husband and I really wanted our wedding to represent us as individuals, this is where Brilliant Event Planning really excels, they do more than just create a beautiful party (although they do that exceedingly well), they incorporate the things you love and value into the perfect wedding. Sarah worked relentlessly to make our crazy ideas come to life in a realistic and budget conscious way. The attention to detail and commitment to clients truly sets Brilliant Event Planning apart.

Sarah and her team at Brilliant Event Planning listened to our vision and then created our dream wedding on the beach in Antigua. The wedding was beautiful-complete with sun, sand, palm trees, sailboats in the background, dancing on the beach and fireworks. Everyone had a blast for the entire weekend. Our friends have described it as “epic, magical and a bubble of love.” Sarah thought of every detail in advance, and she and her team executed to perfection during the wedding. Sarah is incredibly nice, professional and attentive, and most importantly for anyone thinking of planning a destination wedding, she is very knowledgeable about island culture and practices. We couldn’t be happier, couldn’t have done it without them and can’t recommend her highly enough!
