A showband for the whole celebration

Aston Band is a London-based showband for weddings, corporate events and private parties. Suzie and Ryan founded it in 2010, and it works with a hand-picked team of vocalists and musicians who also perform alongside international artists. The band describes its style as flamboyant, high-energy and interactive, with costume changes and a strong stage presence.

It performs in the UK, Europe, the UAE and further afield, including Italy and Greece.

Music from the welcome to the last song

The music can run through the whole celebration: a welcome event with jazz, acoustic sets or saxophone, ceremony music, a drinks reception, dinner sets with live vocals, and the high-energy party set. A DJ and live musicians carry on into the after party, and the band can also play a post-wedding brunch or a poolside set.

The party set

Roaming acoustic and saxophone performances, musical bingo and violinists are among the extras, and the evening set is built to fill the dance floor.

Four sizes of band

Couples choose the size of the band to suit the day. A line-up of one to five members suits an intimate set. A six to ten-piece ensemble adds several vocalists and a live rhythm section, and an eleven to fifteen-piece line-up adds extra instruments and singers. A made-to-measure production of ten to twenty artists includes an immersive dinner show and dancers.

Booking

Suzie is the main contact for couples and guides them through the planning of their music, from timings to first dance songs. She attends the wedding. Fees are quoted for each celebration and depend on the line-up, the length of the performance and the location, and the band has a YouTube channel with its films.
