The Wedding Atelier is a wedding and event planning company in Dubai, founded by Audrey Maria Cadio. It plans luxury weddings, wedding proposals and high-end corporate events, and works as a designer, producer and event rental house as well as a planner.
Audrey began her career in Miami in 2011 and expanded to Paris in 2019, where she built a reputation for tailored celebrations for international clients. She now works in Dubai, leading a team of planners, designers and coordinators, and takes on a select number of events each year.
Weddings are planned from venue selection and vendor coordination to floral design, custom décor and guest experience. The team negotiates with venue managers, agrees conditions and checks availability, and works with a network of Dubai vendors, whether the setting is a beach, a palace or the desert.
Planning follows five steps: a framework for the celebration, vendor selection, styling with design boards, coordination of the timeline and layout, and the event itself, with the team managing everything on site. Event design, décor and furniture and tableware hire sit alongside the planning, through its rental division, L'Atelier.
