Esra Zor and Vera Weddings
Vera Weddings is led by Esra Zor, who has planned and designed destination weddings in Italy since 2014 and has more than ten years of experience in high-end weddings. The agency is a boutique that offers full-service planning and design only, and takes on 15 to 20 weddings a year so that each couple has Esra's full attention.
Couples are mostly international. The team works in English and Turkish and navigates the Italian language, culture and customs on their behalf. Its portfolio covers Rome, Lake Como, Capri and Ostuni, and it also plans on the Amalfi Coast and in Tuscany.
Each design starts from the couple's story, family traditions and cultural background, and is carried through stationery, florals, tablescapes, linens, furniture and lighting, supported by floor plans and layouts. Vera Weddings chooses venues and vendors from a curated group of professionals it knows, looking at personality and humility as well as skill.
On the wedding weekend a team of at least three planners is on site. They manage the timeline, guest transport and arrivals, venue set-up and ceremony styling, and stay with the couple through the day. The team also goes with couples on venue visits, menu and cake tastings and beauty trials.
