How much does a wedding in Catalonia cost? Published venue prices

Casa Nova Estate at dusk, above the Garraf Natural Park

Ten Catalan venues are listed on 5 Star Weddings, and eight of them carry a starting price. Finca La Concertista and Masia Victoria quote for each wedding. The eight figures do not measure the same thing: one is charged per adult, four are prices for the venue or estate, and three are for nights of exclusive use. Six are in euros and two in pounds. There is no single price for a wedding in Catalonia, only these starting points, each tied to what it covers.

A price per adult: Torre Sever

Torre Sever, in Caldes de Montbui about 30 minutes from Barcelona, hosts one wedding per day. It is the only Catalan venue here that prices per guest: from €145 per adult off season and €160 per adult in peak season, for 2027, with a minimum of 80 adults. At that minimum the charge starts at €11,600 off season and €12,800 at peak, before VAT, which is not included. If the minimum is not reached, the minimum amount is charged, and up to €1,500 of the difference can be offset against venue extras. A woodland ceremony is an additional €1,050, covering a welcome drink, decoration, officiant, coordination and sound.

The price covers exclusive use of the estate, venue rental, a personalised menu, DJ, sound and lighting, two hours of open bar at the disco, the coordination team, decorated areas, furniture, tableware and linens, and a Plan B for bad weather. Catering is in house. There is no accommodation on the estate.

Prices for the venue or estate

Four venues publish one figure for the place itself. Read each against what it includes, because food is part of the price at some and a separate contract at others.

Can Riera de la Pineda, Arbúcies

Can Riera de la Pineda indicates venue hire from around €4,500 for up to 100 guests. That takes exclusive use of the masia and its 260 hectares beside the Montseny Natural Park, with ceremonies and banquets in the gardens and meadows, and nine bedrooms (seven suites and two double rooms) sleeping around 18. The caterer is separate and chosen by the couple.

Hotel Castell d’Empordà, La Bisbal d’Empordà

Hotel Castell d’Empordà gives venue hire from £12,000, stated in pounds. It covers exclusive use of the castle, gardens and event spaces, the in-house culinary team from Drac Restaurant, a resident coordinator, all three restaurant and terrace spaces, ceremony gardens licensed for civil ceremonies, a courtyard for cocktails, and access to the 57 rooms and suites and two swimming pools. The venue also states a typical total for 80 guests of £50,000 to £100,000.

Mas Huix, Santa Coloma de Farners

Mas Huix indicates wedding hire from around €5,500. The price takes the whole farmhouse estate: a ceremony beneath the stone pergola or in the private chapel, the 100-metre stone porch and gardens for receptions, the pool and terraces, and ten en-suite bedrooms sleeping around 26 to 30. Caterers are arranged for each wedding.

Masia Cabellut, Masllorens

Masia Cabellut prices weddings by season, and the figure on record is the low season one: from €8,000. It covers exclusive use of the whole vineyard estate, outdoor ceremonies and receptions for up to 200 guests, an indoor ballroom for about 50, the panoramic pool and gardens, and villa accommodation for up to 16. Caterers are arranged for each wedding. Figures for other seasons are not published.

Prices for nights of exclusive use

Three venues price the stay itself. These figures include beds, so they should not be set beside the venue prices above or added to them.

Casa Nova Estate, above Sitges

Casa Nova Estate indicates a three-night hire from around £8,320, including accommodation. That takes exclusive use of the restored masia, ceremonies in the gardens and on the terraces, the infinity pool, and nine ensuite bedrooms and glamping sleeping 41. Catering is in house, by Cloud9. Like Hotel Castell d’Empordà, it is priced in pounds.

Mas Torroella Luxury Villa & Spa, Forallac

Mas Torroella Luxury Villa & Spa gives a price from €14,500 for three nights of exclusive use, for up to 30 guests. The manor and grounds are included, with a ceremony among the ruined arches or in the gardens, the lawns and glass events barn for receptions, around ten suites plus the La Caseta cottage sleeping about 30, and a private spa with heated indoor pool and sauna. Caterers are arranged for each wedding.

Villa Catalina, Sant Pere de Ribes

Villa Catalina publishes a nightly rate: from €2,950 per night in low season, for exclusive use. It covers the mansion, gardens and bodega, the courtyard and gardens for ceremonies, an arched indoor hall seating up to 150, 24 bedrooms sleeping about 52, and a pool in 32 hectares of private grounds. The minimum stay is not given, so the cost of a wedding here depends on the number of nights. The couple brings its own caterer.

Quoted for each wedding

Two venues publish no price. Finca La Concertista, in Llorenç del Penedès, is let as a whole estate for one event at a time, with farmhouse accommodation for 20, expandable to 26, and a bring-your-own-caterer arrangement. Masia Victoria, in Sant Pere de Ribes, is let as a whole manor with 14 en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 28. Both are recorded as available for exclusive use.

What no figure here includes

Catering is in house at Torre Sever, Hotel Castell d’Empordà and Casa Nova Estate. At the other seven the couple brings or arranges a caterer, so the food bill is a separate contract. Beyond the venue, a wedding also needs a planner, flowers, photography and film, music, hair and make-up, the officiant or civil formalities, and transport. Torre Sever states that its prices exclude VAT; the other records do not say, so ask each venue to confirm in writing.

Getting figures you can compare

Send each venue the same brief: your dates and whether a weekday is possible, the guest count for the ceremony and for dinner, the number of nights and how many guests will sleep on site. Ask what the price includes, which season it applies to, whether VAT is added, and how long the quote is held. Quotes built on one brief can be set side by side, line by line.

Questions couples ask

How many Catalan venues publish a price?

Eight of the ten listed venues. Finca La Concertista and Masia Victoria quote for each wedding.

Are the prices in euros?

Six are in euros. Hotel Castell d’Empordà and Casa Nova Estate state theirs in pounds. We have not converted any of them.

Is a nightly rate the same as a venue hire fee?

No. A nightly or three-night rate includes the stay, while a hire fee covers the venue and leaves beds, food and drink to be added. Villa Catalina, Mas Torroella and Casa Nova are priced by the night; Can Riera de la Pineda, Mas Huix, Masia Cabellut and Hotel Castell d’Empordà are priced as venue or estate hire.
