Villa Panorama and Villa Oceania are neighbouring private villas in a secluded part of the Peyia hills, above Coral Bay and a few kilometres from Paphos. Panorama is a contemporary-rustic house finished in redwood, stone and rock-wall textures, with a landscaped pool, a children's pool and two decks for ceremonies and receptions. Oceania, built at the end of 2012, is a steel-and-glass villa with an infinity pool and a wooden roof terrace that looks over Coral Bay. Each sleeps up to 16, and the two can be rented separately or together.
Couples can marry in the grounds and hold the reception there too, with up to 80 guests across both villas. Most guests stay on for the week, since a minimum stay of five nights applies. A planning team handles decor, lighting, flowers, catering and entertainment, either through three set packages or a bespoke plan, and a couple's own planner can be used if approved. The grounds are shielded from neighbouring houses, and Villa Panorama has no noise restrictions. Peyia village is a three-kilometre drive away, and the beaches of Coral Bay lie a short distance beyond.

Two villas side by side
Villa Panorama and Villa Oceania stand next to each other in a private area at the top of the Peyia hills, above Coral Bay and looking over Paphos and the Mediterranean. Panorama is a contemporary-rustic house with redwood, stone and rock-wall finishes; Oceania, built at the end of 2012, is a modern villa of steel and glass.
Ceremony and reception in the grounds
Weddings take place in the gardens and on the decks. Panorama has a Panoramic Deck and an Umbrella Deck beside its pool, and Oceania has a wooden roof terrace for 45 to 50 guests with a bar table and a view over Coral Bay.
A wedding and a holiday in one
Guests stay in the villas for at least five nights, so the wedding becomes a week together. The villas can be rented singly or together, and the team plans weddings from simple dinners to full packages, with in-house catering, decor, lighting and entertainment.
Private pools
Panorama has a landscaped pool with underwater lights, a small children's pool and a bridge; Oceania has a 5 by 15 metre infinity pool with sunken bar stools.

AMAZING! We had the best time celebrating our wedding here in October 2024. The villa is great, the view is beautiful, and it makes the perfect location for a fun wedding in the sun. We stayed here for the week with a small group of guests and had such a brilliant time. On the wedding day, we had 44 guests from the UK, which was the perfect size for lots of fun and dancing. Poly and Sevinos were incredible hosts and made us feel so welcome and they are fantastic wedding coordinators too. They were so organised and reassuring and just made us feel completely relaxed. They went above and beyond and even led some traditional dancing, which our guests really enjoyed. We 100% made the right decision to have our wedding here and would definitely recommend!

How many guests can attend a wedding at the villas?
Up to 80 guests across both villas, counting both the ceremony and the seated dinner. Villa Oceania takes up to 40 guests, and Villa Panorama works best with up to 50.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. Both villas require a minimum stay of 5 nights, whether rented for a wedding or for a holiday. Shorter stays may be possible on dates left open in the availability calendar.
How many people can sleep at the villas?
Each villa sleeps up to 16 guests, with a best ratio of 14 adults and 2 children, so 32 across the two.
What is the EUR 650 wedding fee?
It applies whenever a villa is used for an event as well as for accommodation, and helps cover running costs. A reduction can be considered for groups under 20 people.
Can we use our own wedding planner?
Yes, if the planner is one of the villas' approved partners or has already organised an event at the villas. Details of the planners and vendors you intend to use are asked for before booking.
Can the ceremony be held somewhere else, such as a beach?
Yes. A beach ceremony can be followed by a reception at the villas.
Do the villas offer wedding packages?
