JA The Resort stands on the Jebel Ali shoreline in Dubai, where JA Resorts & Hotels opened Jebel Ali Beach Hotel in 1981. Three hotels now share the site: JA Beach Hotel, JA Lake View Hotel and JA Palm Tree Court. They sit between the Arabian Gulf, a private marina and a 9-hole golf course designed by Peter Harradine, with gardens, pools and an 800-metre private beach connecting the buildings. Within the grounds are a wildlife discovery zone and aviary at JA Beach Hotel and an equestrian centre at JA Palm Tree Court.
Weddings are held in four spaces. Soul Beach and Palmito Garden are open-air settings on the sand and the lawn for beach ceremonies and large receptions, the Croquet Lawn looks over the marina, and Al Wasl Ballroom gives an indoor room with banquet and reception layouts. Dining across the three hotels includes Italian cooking at Sette, a buffet restaurant with a terrace over the golf course, and pool restaurants beside the beach. Calm Spa at JA Palm Tree Court offers massages, hammam rituals and facials, and guests arriving by boat can step ashore at the marina's visitor pontoon.

Three hotels on one shore
Jebel Ali Beach Hotel opened in 1981, and the site now holds JA Beach Hotel, JA Lake View Hotel and JA Palm Tree Court. Together they offer 795 rooms and suites around gardens, pools, a private marina and an 800-metre private beach.
