A production agency, not a coordination service

Cocoon Events is a luxury wedding planner and event producer based in Marrakech. It works as a production agency rather than a coordination service, handling creative direction, scenography, logistics and on-site delivery for weddings and private celebrations in Morocco, the French Riviera, Monaco and Paris, with offices in Marrakech, Cannes, Paris and Geneva.

The showrunner

The company is led by Fabrice Orlando, who spent 20 years producing for television and applies what he calls a showrunner approach to each celebration: the venue is treated as a stage, with a script and a running order. He leads a dedicated team and works with international families who value discretion.

Palaces, camps and olive groves

In Morocco the team works from imperial palaces and luxury hotels in Marrakech to private camps in the Agafay Desert, planning multi-day weddings that can include a welcome dinner under the Agafay stars, the wedding itself and a recovery brunch. On the French Riviera it works from Cannes and Saint-Tropez, and in Monaco and Paris.

Compose, orchestrate, design

The method has three parts. Compose sets the creative direction and the interplay of sound, light and emotion. Orchestrate covers timelines, suppliers and guest logistics. Design builds the floral structures and scenography that transform the venue, from monumental floral installations to table styling.

Planning with Cocoon

Couples book a 30-minute discovery call with Fabrice Orlando and receive a proposal. The services cover venue selection, vendor sourcing and contracts, budgets and timelines, technical coordination such as access, rigging, power and permits, and a guest concierge with RSVPs, accommodation, transport and 24-hour guest care. The team prepares a minute-by-minute run of show, runs rehearsals and produces the wedding on site. The company has a YouTube channel with four films.
