A planner for couples abroad
Katerina Meyvial is French Latvian and has planned weddings in Paris and Provence since 2016. She leads a full-service agency based in Paris that works exclusively with international couples living outside France, and she studied for her bachelor’s degree at the University of Plymouth in the United Kingdom, which shapes how she works with English-speaking clients.

Weekends, micro weddings and elopements
The agency plans wedding weekends over several days, intimate weddings, micro weddings and elopements. Her venue list covers privately run châteaux with parks and gardens, museums, Parisian palaces and boutique hotels, and the portfolio includes weddings at Château de Chantilly, Château de Champlatreux, Shangri-La Paris, Château de Vallery in Burgundy and Airelles Gordes, La Bastide in Provence.

How she works
Couples are guided on venues, budget, catering and wine, design and entertainment, and the team handles logistics on the day. Planning can be done remotely, so couples do not have to travel to France before the wedding. It begins with a discovery call, then a venue search from the team’s list, vendors chosen for proven professionalism, meal and wine tastings, and a welcome cocktail the night before.

The services
Services include venue search, visits and virtual tours, budget planning and control, event design, a sommelier service, accommodation assistance, a bridal concierge, and religious or symbolic ceremony planning. Fees are quoted for each wedding. Katerina has a YouTube channel with five wedding and elopement films.
