Planning and design in Paris

Dream Paris Wedding plans and designs luxury weddings and events in Paris and across France. The firm is led by Audrey-Maria Cadio, its founder and lead designer, who began in the wedding industry in Miami in 2011 and opened in Paris in 2016. Vanessa Volatron, who has more than ten years in luxury events, is the lead planner and on-site coordinator, and the two are described as sisters.

Hotels, chateaux and the Seine

Most weddings are held in Paris, in hotels such as Shangri-La Paris and Hôtel de Crillon, in chateaux within reach of the city such as Château de Villette, Château de Ferrières and Château Saint Martin du Tertre, and on the Seine. The team also plans weddings in Provence and on the French Riviera, and runs a Barcelona branch under operations director Didier Vincent, for couples marrying in Spain.

The look

The portfolio leans to pastel and white flowers, arches and aisle runners in gilded salons. Florals, tables, lighting, furniture and signage are designed together, and design boards are used to agree the look before anything is ordered.

How a wedding is planned

The team handles venue finding, concept, budget, design and styling, vendor selection and day-of production. Venues are chosen against the guest count, budget and style, with site visits and contract negotiation managed on the couple’s behalf. A detailed timeline and layout are prepared, and the team works in English with international couples, with guest travel and accommodation support. The firm charges a flat fee customised to each wedding, given after an enquiry.
