Thirty years in the industry

Mindy Weiss Party Consultants has its home base in Los Angeles and a portfolio that extends around the globe. Mindy Weiss has worked in the industry for more than thirty years and is recognised for an inventive eye for design and a calm presence on the day. Her work has been named among the top wedding planners in the world by Harper’s BAZAAR.

No house style

Her approach is to build each event around the client rather than a house style, so no two celebrations look or feel alike. A team of twelve works with Mindy on each celebration, from small private gatherings to large-scale productions.

Colour and place

The portfolio shows the range: saffron-orange fabric draped from a reception ceiling, tables dressed in yellow vases and lemons beneath a hanging-flower canopy, a long table beneath a bougainvillea pergola above a rocky beach, and white arches beside a lake and mountains.

Beyond planning

The company plans weddings and destination weddings, corporate and celebrity events, showers and non-profit galas. Mindy has written three best-selling books, including The Wedding Book and The Wedding Planner, and teaches a MasterClass on planning a wedding on your own, with a planning binder to complete in 30 days. Fees are quoted for each celebration.
