Six Senses Krabey Island lies in the Gulf of Thailand off the coast of Sihanoukville. Its 20 hectares combine jungle with pale coastline, and its 40 pool villas are built with Cambodian materials to sit lightly in the landscape.

Ceremonies take place on the western beach at sunset, on the overwater deck above the Gulf, or among rock terraces and jungle clearings. The Six Senses team builds each celebration from the ground up, using the island's setting and organic kitchen.

The AHA Restaurant and the Tree Restaurant cook with produce from the island's organic garden and seafood from the Gulf. Weddings can have boardwalk dinners, beach feasts or bespoke tasting menus, and the Six Senses Spa draws on Khmer healing traditions.

Every villa, beach and restaurant is reserved for the wedding party, with no other guests.

We chose Six Senses Krabey Island for a smaller, intimate celebration — just 64 of our closest family and friends. The island team were exceptional at creating a sense of exclusivity even at our scale. The Tree Restaurant dinner the night before the ceremony was a highlight in itself.
The only small note would be that one villa took slightly longer to prepare on arrival day, but the concierge handled it graciously with a private champagne reception at the spa as a gesture. That kind of recovery speaks to the quality of the team.
Up to 100 guests, on a full exclusive buyout of the island, with ceremony and reception spread across several island settings.
